Our Leaders

Jason Weber

Jason Weber is Vice President of Engineering, Compressor Systems and Services, North America, at Ingersoll Rand. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Jason held roles of increasing responsibility at Gardner Denver and Caterpillar. Jason’s leadership and team philosophy is based on servant leadership by action. His technical expertise includes drivetrain systems, transmissions, mechanism design, fluid flow analysis and gear design. Jason obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University.
